Sylvie graduated from Guijek Institut (2004-2006) in Swedish therapeutic massage, and is certified in reflexology of the feet, hands and ears, pre-natal and post-natal massage, chair massage and studied at Kiné Concept (2008-2009) fascia therapy Level 1.  She also studied cranial sacral therapy with Andrea Axt, Level 1-6 (2006-2007) and has completed Yoga Thai massage Level 1 at Lotus Palm (2009).  Sylvie enjoys Qi Gong (Céline Paré), has been practicing Yoga since 2001 and is fascinated by the Ayurveda approach (Julie Corbeil).  

Massage sessions with Sylvie are personalized and tailored according to the individual’s need.  She is a firm believer in the capacity of self-healing and her utmost desire is to bring awareness and insight of well being using a holistic approach.
